For Owner’s Policy

  • Coverage up to $150,000 the title insurance premium is $5.75 per $1,000. The minimum title insurance premium is $175. Please call (330.490.2910) or e-mail info@alphalandtitle.com for premium information for coverage above $150,000.

For Loan Policy

  • Coverage up to $100,000 the title insurance premium is $4.00 per $1,000. The minimum title insurance premium is $125. Please call (330.490.2910) or e-mail info@alphalandtitle.com for premium information for coverage above $100,000.

The expense is $100 for simultaneous issue of a Loan Policy when issued with a Owner’s Policy.

Title Agency Fees:

  • Title Search: $125 - $300 (dependent on type of examination)
  • Closing Fee: $200 for residential; minimum $300 for commercial Commitment: $100
