Mr. Stuart Wilkins and his father, Fred Wilkins, formed Stark County (Ohio) Title Company in the mid-1950’s.  The new entity immediately became an agent for Lawyers Title.  This entity was eventually renamed Alpha Land Title Agency, Inc. and subsequently began a long-standing relationship with Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths and Dougherty, Co. L.P.A. of Canton, Ohio.

Alpha provides a variety of services including title insurance for residential and commercial properties, title searches, lien reports and construction loan escrow draws.  Alpha Land Title Agency, Inc. serves the Ohio counties of Carroll, Columbiana, Medina, Portage, Stark, Summit, Tuscarawas, Trumbull and Wayne.  Services can be provided in other counties upon request.
